First, my office offers custom one-on-one treatment specifically designed for your condition.  Many times, along with my custom chiropractic treatment plan, we will incorporate nutrition and/or specific supplements,  which will expedite your recovery.   Further, since I work with a trusted family medical doctor, Dr. Robert Tomchik, MD., with almost thirty years experience, I will not hesitate to make a medical referral when necessary.

Second, Car accident related injuries which cause back and whiplash neck pain, headaches, and radiation of pain or numbness into the extremities, are a big part of my practice.  These injuries very often require a careful touch, because of the acute and painful nature of these traumas.  I have been treating auto accident related trauma for over a decade and understand the importance of treating these painful conditions correctly and carefully.  Furthermore, I take extra special care when documenting your injuries, just in case there will be any long term, or permanent impairments.

The following is very useful information regarding coverage:

1.  If you were injured in, near, or around a vehicle, you are most likely covered under Florida's No Fault Law.

2.  Even if you were a passenger, a pedestrian, or if you were working on your car and was injured, you most likely have coverage.  You don't have to be the driver or the vehicle owner.

3.  Even if you do not own a car, or pay for any car insurance, you may have coverage.

Remember:  The Florida No-Fault Law provides $10,000 in injury and lost wage benefits.  The lost wage benefit is available to you with a letter from a health care provider stating that you need to be off work. 

We do all paperwork for you and deal with these difficult insurance companies so that you don't have to.  My office will look at your insurance and tell you in advance whether there is a possibility of any issues.  We deal primarily with PIP and PPO coverages, but also we deal with situations of unknown coverage, such as a fall or injury on the premises of another person's home, or an injury at a business or commercial property.

I am also here to guide you through any difficult processes you may have due to your accident such as car damage and loss of work.

Lastly, but not least important, is that I do home visits and house calls for patients that have a difficult time coming into the office.  This is a service that I offer to my patients, and many times, it works out better for them, since car accidents usually cause transportation problems and painful conditions that make it difficult for them to move.
